For data owners

Find out if your data has value, before you commit to anything.

  • You describe it; you don't send it. The first steps are a form and a conversation. No data is transferred at this stage.
  • You decide the scope. Leave out any system, folder, field, client or topic.
  • You approve every deal. Which buyer, which data, what use, how long, whether it's exclusive, and the price. Nothing happens without your written approval.
  • You stay anonymous. We intend that your company is not named to buyers or publicly unless you agree in writing.
  • You keep ownership. You license the data; you don't sell the rights to it.
  • You can walk away at any point before signing.
  • Bring your lawyer. We expect your own counsel to review the agreement, and we recommend it.

What data qualifies

Buyers are generally most interested in records that show how work actually gets done, especially when it can be followed across tools and over several years.

  • Support and tickets: Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Intercom
  • Sales and CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive
  • Projects and tasks: Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday
  • Team communication: Slack, Microsoft Teams, email
  • Documents and knowledge: Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion, Confluence
  • Finance and operations: QuickBooks, Xero, ERP exports

What we will never accept: data you don't have the right to license; health, biometric or children's data; payment card or ID numbers; passwords and credentials; legally privileged communications. The final exclusion list is set out in each signed agreement.

Not sure? Describe your systems in the form and we'll tell you honestly whether buyers are likely to be interested.

How it works

  1. 01

    Buyer requirements.

AI buyers tell us what they license and on what terms.

  2. 02

    Conversation, not data.

We explain the opportunity to companies that may fit. You describe your systems; you send nothing.

  3. 03

    Legal review.

Lawyers review the proposed licence. Scope, exclusions, use, duration, exclusivity, price, deletion and de-identification are agreed in writing.

  4. 04

    Your approval.

You approve the specific buyer and deal. You can still walk away.

  5. 05

    Secure transfer and de-identification.

Only after signing, the agreed data is transferred securely and de-identified before any buyer sees anything.

  6. 06

    Your check.

You see a summary of what was removed and a sample of the output before delivery, within a review period defined in the contract.

  7. 07

    Delivery and payment.

The buyer receives the de-identified copy under the signed terms. Originals are deleted within the period defined in the contract, with written confirmation.

What it costs

  • For data owners: No upfront fee; we are paid only if a deal closes. The terms are set out in writing before you sign anything.
  • For buyers: Pricing is agreed per licence.

FAQ

Will my customers or staff be exposed?

The goal is that no person can be identified in anything a buyer receives. Personal details are removed before delivery, you review a sample, and buyers sign not to attempt re-identification. No method is perfect, so anything you can't risk sharing should stay out of scope.

Will the buyer know the data came from my company?

Only if you agree to it in writing.

Do I have to send data to find out if it's worth anything?

No. You describe your systems; you don't send them.

What does it cost me?

No upfront fee; we are paid only if a deal closes.

How much could my data be worth?

We don't publish estimates. Value depends on the buyer, the systems, the years of history and the terms, and we'd rather tell you once a real buyer has shown interest than guess.

Can my lawyer review the agreement?

Yes, and we recommend it. Nothing is shared until the agreement is signed.

Does my company need to be closing down?

No. Operating companies can license data while continuing to use it.

Why US and UK only?

That's where we are focusing first, so we can do the legal work properly for those jurisdictions.
